Support Beyond Installation
Our relationship with customers extends well beyond system installation.
Customers receive lifetime support and remote troubleshooting so they can keep their facilities running efficiently and minimize downtime. We stock more than $35 million worth of spare parts, allowing us to respond quickly when customers need replacement components.
In addition, to help customers test their materials before making decisions about plant investments, we built the world’s largest material recycling test center at our headquarters. This helps customers assess new equipment and evaluate how their materials perform with different technologies.

Our work is ultimately measured by the success of our customers. Van Dyk’s customers have won the National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Best Recycling Facility of the Year award seven out of the ten times it has been presented.
