Established in 1984 as Van Dyk Baler Corporation, we are North America’s leader in developing turnkey sorting systems for Recycling, E-Waste, MSW Processing, C&D, and Plastics Recycling. We have installed to date over 2,000 installations and have built the largest MRF’s in North America. Today we are known as Van Dyk Recycling Solutions and have built over 10 super MRF’s that process more than 50 tons per hour. Our customers include all of the leaders in the recycling industry. We are known for maintaining the highest integrity in the industry and for delivering more then we promised.

Our Process

Van Dyk Recycling Solutions builds customized recycling systems to meet the customer’s needs. We start by visiting your facility and we work as a team to develop a solution utilizing the technology of Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions and TiTech along with leading manufacturers of specialized recycling equipment. Our local Sales Engineer combine their experience with our Stamford Engineering Staff and Drafting team to produce a design that is flexible and provides the lowest operating cost per ton.

Our People

Your local Van Dyk Sales Engineer is familiar with your business and the materials processed in your market. Utilizing their experience, they collaborate with our Technical Market Specialists (C&D, MSW, Waste to Energy, RDF, Single Stream and E-Waste) to design a customized solution. Final System design and engineering is through collaboration with our CAD Design Engineers as well as the complete (30 plus engineers) engineering staff of Bollegraaf to produce a turn Key Solution!
